HONEY LAVENDER – MILK CHOCOLATE
This beautifully balanced mouth-watering treat combines a wonderfully light South Pacific honey which we infused with lavender.

ROOT BEER FLOAT – MILK CHOCOLATE
This literally tastes like a root beer float – brings you back to the days of A & W Root Beer and Ice Cream Floats.  This versatile chocolate goes well with med red blend wines.

PECAN PRALINE – MILK CHOCOLATE
Back by popular demand, we are pleased to release this truffle for the first time since before the pandemic.  This is a rich combination of our in-house made pecan praline butter and a beautiful chocolate with notes of vanilla and cream.

CHERRY ALMOND GOAT CHEESE – DARK CHOCOLATE
First debuted back in the Fall of 2015, we took 8 Gold Medals for this truffle alone.  Extraordinarily complex and amazingly delicious, this truffle offers a completely new experience, and yes, there is goat cheese in this truffle.  After an eight-year hiatus, we have finally found the right goat cheese to bring this truffle back to life.  In 2023, we were awarded 2 additional Gold Medals for best combination of unusual ingredients.

COFFEE CARAMEL – DARK CHOCOLATE
For those looking for an amazing coffee experience, look no further than this box of Dark Chocolate Coffee Caramel truffles.  Since its release in the Fall of 2022, this truffle has sold out at every event we have taken it to.  We refer to this chocolate as “The best cup of coffee you’ve never had.”

SALTED CARAMEL – DARK CHOCOLATE
Our salted caramel is made with a beautiful unrefined sugar that is carefully salted throughout.  It is a smooth and creamy caramel and will melt on your palate.  If your mouth already salivating, this chocolate truffle will not disappoint.
