CHERRY ALMOND GOAT CHEESE – DARK CHOCOLATE (14 Gold Medals)
First debuted back in the Fall of 2015, we took 8 Gold Medals for this truffle alone.  Extraordinarily complex and amazingly delicious, this truffle offers a completely new experience, and yes, there is goat cheese in this truffle.  After an eight-year hiatus, we have finally found the right goat cheese to bring this truffle back to life.  In 2023, we were awarded 2 additional Gold Medals for best combination of unusual ingredients. In 2024 & 2025, we’ve earned 4 more gold medals for this amazing truffle.  We recommend you eat half of your truffle at a time.  When you bite into it, you’ll get a big hit of cherry, followed by some floral notes, and then the goat cheese (a little earthy and a little tangy), and just when you think you’re all done, almonds and dark chocolate to finish.

COFFEE CARAMEL – DARK CHOCOLATE  (6 Gold Medals)
For those looking for an amazing coffee experience, look no further than this box of Dark Chocolate Coffee Caramel truffles.  Since its release in the Fall of 2022, this truffle has sold out at every event we have taken it to.  We refer to this chocolate as “The best cup of coffee you’ve never had.”  Also, please put the entire piece in your mouth and close your mouth before biting into it otherwise you’ll be wearing this chocolate.  We took 2 gold medals for this chocolate caramel in the Fall of 2023 and 2 gold medals in the Fall of 2024, and 2 additional gold medal in 2025.

SANGRIA RASPBERRY GOAT CHEESE – DARK CHOCOLATE (2 Gold Medals)
This truffle consists of our in-house made Sangria Wine Jam over our latest Raspberry Goat Cheese chocolate.  The combination of our Wine Jam and Raspberry Goat Cheese will delight your palate and wake up your senses.

MUDSLYDE – MILK CHOCOLATE (All Time Fan Favorite – 1 Gold Medal)
Making its return after more than five years, we are excited to bring back one of our best selling truffles of all time.  We infused our chocolate with three different types of alcohol to create a wonderfully creamy and smooth mocha truffle.  You’ll rack your brain trying to think of what is in it, but you won’t really care because you’ll have the rest of the box to enjoy.  Warning:  These truffles contain alcohol.

ANCHO CHILE LIME – MILK CHOCOLATE (New & Spicier Formulation – 1 Gold Medal)
Making its return after nearly ten years, we have reformulated this truffle by turning up the spice significantly.  Not only did we grind of our ancho chile peels, but we also ground the seeds as well.  Our beautifully tart lime jam will sit on top of our spicy ancho chile ganache.  The lime jam will help to increase the spice throughout your palate while the milk chocolate shell will help to warm up the spiciness.  Enjoy!  Warning:  These truffles are spicy.

ORANGE PECAN PRALINE – MILK CHOCOLATE (New & Improved Formulation – 1 Gold Medal)
We make a wonderful Valencia orange jam and add some tartness from another citrus source. We than created our amazing pecan praline butter to go right under our jam. It is an award-winning combination of intense pecan and toasted notes cut with our floral orange jam. This is another fan favorite!

HONEY LAVENDER – MILK CHOCOLATE (1 Gold Medal)
One of our original truffle flavors is still going strong. We are delighted our fans won’t let us stop making this glorious chocolate. We import our honey from a small farm in the South Pacific and then infuse our fragrant lavender into it. If you are a lavender fan, we guarantee this will be your new favorite lavender-infused product.
